Overview

She Is Free sells digital products exclusively — including ebooks, PDF guides, spreadsheets, toolkits, scripts, and video content. Because all products are delivered instantly and electronically upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and access to the product has been granted.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Digital products are fundamentally different from physical goods. The moment you complete your purchase, your files are delivered to you instantly. There is no way to retrieve, return, or revoke access to a digital file once it has been downloaded or viewed. Offering refunds on digital products would allow buyers to access and retain premium content without payment — which is unfair to us and to every customer who purchases honestly.

All Sales Are Final — No Exceptions For:

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Buying the wrong product or tier by mistake
  • Not reading the product description before purchasing
  • Finding similar content elsewhere after purchase
  • Not achieving the specific results you expected
  • Not opening or using the product after purchase
  • Technical issues on your own device or internet connection
  • A third party making the purchase on your behalf

What We Will Fix

While we don't offer refunds, we do stand behind our delivery. If you experience a genuine technical issue — such as a broken download link, a failed delivery email, or a corrupted file — contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Unauthorised Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us regarding a legitimate delivery issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, provide all transaction and delivery records to your payment provider, and permanently ban your account and email address from future purchases on our platform.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy in full. You confirm that you understand all sales are final, that the product is digital, and that no refund will be issued after purchase under any circumstances.
